These terms are a plain-language template for our website. They are provided in good faith and are not legal advice. Any puppy reservation or sale is covered by a separate agreement we provide at the time.

This website is run by Mountain View Aussies ("we", "us", "our"), a small family-run Australian Shepherd breeding program in the South East region of New South Wales, Australia. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

About this website

This site is here to share information about our dogs, our program and how to get in touch. It is for general information only and does not form part of any contract.

Information & availability

We do our best to keep the site accurate and up to date, but details such as available litters, colours, timing and pricing can change at any time without notice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell a puppy.

Enquiries & the waitlist

Sending us an enquiry, or being added to a waitlist, does not guarantee you a puppy. We choose homes carefully and a reservation is only confirmed once we have agreed it together and any deposit terms set out in our separate puppy agreement have been met.

Our puppies

Statements on this site about temperament, health, vet checks, vaccination, microchipping and care describe how we generally raise our dogs. The specific details for any individual puppy are confirmed in writing with you at the time of reservation, in our puppy agreement.

Photos & content

The photographs, logo, text and design on this site belong to Mountain View Aussies (or are used with permission). Please do not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.

Links to other sites

This site links to external services such as Instagram and Facebook. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites; their own terms and policies apply.

Liability

We provide this website "as is" and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or your reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
